Domestic Shipping (Sweden)
Shipping costs within Sweden are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and selected delivery method for your order. As our products vary significantly in size, weight and fragility, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order. The applicable shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date your order has been confirmed. Estimated delivery time within Sweden is approximately 7–9 business days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
If there are any temporary changes to our dispatch schedule, we will announce them on our website.

International Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Estimated international delivery time is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and the shipping service. Please note that customs clearance, local postal services or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in longer delivery times.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, VAT or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Gem Decors SWE is not responsible for any such additional charges or for delays caused by customs procedures.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to provide appropriate protection during transport. We use packaging materials selected according to the size, weight and fragility of each individual mineral specimen to help ensure that your order arrives safely.
Delivery
We currently ship our orders using carefully selected shipping services. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the destination. While we are happy to assist you with shipment tracking and delivery-related questions, delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs processing or severe weather conditions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Gem Decors SWE cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, failed deliveries or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's holding period, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
